Fresh Bee Pollen 16 oz size. Bee Pollen contains over 180 nutrients and is considered a "whole" food. Increase slowly to eat as much as you want ... and enjoy the benefits! This bee pollen is harvested from bee farms located in areas free of herbicides, pesticides, fertilizers and pollutants. It is stored cold upon collection, through processing until shipment. It is high in moisture (about 18 - 20%). The granules are semi-moist and fresh, and require refrigeration. Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, take 1/2 - 1 tablespoon once or twice a day or more as needed. For first time use, start with a few granules and increase gradually.

Sensitivity Test: Rarely, bee pollen may cause allergic reactions. To test for sensitivity, place a few granules under the tongue. Should you experience any reaction (itching, sneezing, watery eyes, etc.), avoid taking full dosage and consult with your nutritionist.
