Our Return Policy

Please contact us by email at greatspirit@nyc.rr.com or by telephone at 929 499-3600 if your product has been damaged during shipment for a replacement.

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange (minus shipping and handling charges).

Used products may not be returned.

Worms and worm castings, animal feed products, plant fertilizers and jewelry may not be returned unless damaged during shipment.
